Michael Turner, a familiar face to many in Birmingham's legal community, died April 8 at the age of 62. Turner was co-owner of Freedom Court Reporting, along with his wife, Mickey. The couple built the company into one of the largest court reporting firms in the Southeast, with nine offices around the region.
