State Hands Down Budget Restriction to Courthouses


The money is collected from fees, court costs and other similar items and then goes to the state, which later disperses it to other agencies, like Oklahoma Highway Patrol. This adds to an already tight budget for the Stephens County courthouse and the county as a whole.
