Finding a Good Court Reporter at the Last Minute


To become a court reporter, one has to undergo rigorous training programs at the college level or at diploma levels. A good reporter usually has several certifications from associations like the NCRA. Accuracy in transcription is usually an acquired skill that comes from years of practice and experience at realtime court reporting. The average typing speed of a court reporter should be around 225 words per minute.
